What type of workout plan do you have. I have been trying crossfit workouts for a couple weeks and getting the WODs off of crossfit.c0m that they post daily but on days when they ask for equipment I don't have (ropes for example) or to go out and run 10k or 5k or w.e , I don't really know what to do. So I was wondering what you do because I want more of a concrete plan as opposed to just skipping a workout or not having a plan on days where I can't do the WOD .
My workouts have been a bit random the last few weeks, but usually i lift different muscle groups each day in like a 3-4 day rotation and fit in cardio or hiit whenever I can. I want to start doing more crossfit stuff or maybe join a crossfit gym. If you don’t have the equipment, you could make something similar up or just look for an old WOD that you can do. I don’t know enough about crossfit to be very helpful, but try to be creative instead of skipping a workout.
