I know that many of you are already familiar with the awesomeness of lifting weights. For the rest of you, this is your year to start. If you have been thinking about lifting, but been too scared, too broke, too lazy, or whatever the case may be, it is time to get off the fence. I started out just messing around for 15 minutes or so a few times a week. You will soon become addicted, then you become intense, then you will become good, all the while becoming sexy.
